A bespoke 5 slot kangaroo leather card holder

This minimal wallet is for those people who wish not to make a fuss. Carry your cards and your bills. Not a big bulge in your pocket. 

This wallet is part of the Glazed Kangaroo line. It features full grain vegetable tanned kangaroo leather that has been "burnished" to leave a nice shiny and smooth surface.

I make each wallet to order, by hand, without machines. That means I hand cut the leather, hand sew, and hand finish the wallet. I use kangaroo leather for its incredible toughness and slimness. I use 1 mm braided and waxed polyester Tiger thread for its unrivaled tensile strength.

I sew using the saddle stitch, which is the strongest way to stitch leather together.

Apart from being very strong and durable, the wallet will develop a beautiful patina over time. The action of removing and replacing your wallet back into your pocket will slowly buff it, darkening the colour and giving it a rich, yet subtle, shine.

These wallets fit standard 85 mm x 55 mm (3.34 in x 2.16 in) cards.
